I still think it would be a lot more relaxing and instructive if the video wasn't sped up. Show him doing all the parts at regular speed and just cut out the repetitive parts and show the end results of each step Edit: it dawned on me to slow down the play speed of the video. 0.75x is pretty close but it still messes with the audio. Maybe if you could set the speed of the video to sync to a slower playback we could all win.
