If you maybe want a possible technical explanation on why the game is doing this: Weapons are physics simulated. This means mass (read: Weight) x velocity = murder. Most blunt weapons have their weight focused on the end of a fulcrum, and you have to hit the enemy with that weighted part of the weapon to deal real damage. T As opposed to the fists, which when gloved up are likely being given the weight boost and materiel modifier, but still have the same movement speed and momentum of the bare fists, while also not having to worry about hitting with a specific part. This makes them unintentionally obscene in power. On the other hand, they are acting about like what managing to clock someone in the face with the rim of a heater or kite shield should do.

realistically getting clubbed in the head with a gauntleted fist is going to render you unable to fight, I think the problem is more that getting smacked in the face with other weapons isn't always an instant KO

I think its cuz he increases dmg to npcs in the settings. That one few second clip where he kicked peasant willie on the floor at 1:29 in the head and theres blood. That doesnt happen normally there will just be a bruise so I'm quite sure he increased dmg to npcs still funny video tho I never seen ppl using headbutt

Physically and virtually Having a sword is like an elongated arm to fight But because it is longer and put on one singular limb You have less flexibility and movement You only have 3 limbs to fight (legs + blade) And the sword has weight So it’s just more damage at a cost But if you really know how to punch proper holes in heads Drop that sword and say hello to these hands
