This video showed me something that I always knew but could never name. Nano is a good Dokkan Battle Player in the sense that he knows how to win. But he does not know how to showcase. The moment when he could have easily gotten the revive was when it was AGL Goku, Jiren and Beerus on the rotation. He entered under 50% HP and it was active. All he had to do was have Beerus take the first hits. There was even an SA on one of those hits. And what does Nano do? He puts THE DODGE MASTER GOKU in front of the hits. And Goku dodged it. I don't know if Nano realized it later or if it wasn't on his radar at all but this video gave me the answer I was looking for. Unfortunately Nano can not showcase well.

Nano the reason WHY they made Vegeta INT was to ensure he'll be able to Dodge,Crit and do additionals at the free dupe level. Does it hold him back a bit? Yes it does but this is really just a case of a mediocre designed passive. If it were up to me I'd have the Vegeta designed completely different from Goku to ensure that Goku's 70% chance to dodge wouldn't make him more impressive or wouldn't force Akatsuki to make Vegeta INT.
