Been saying this since the Beasley and Chalmers series, refs HAVE to call the game more consistently. It makes it so unpredictable where comebacks like this happen. If they called all the fouls on Moon his opponent wins easily and doesn’t gas out. If they call the travel then the other guy loses easily but not calling either isn’t the solution.

I wanted to see Moon win but I’m not going to overlook things when Moon is fouling at times, taking terrible shots and complains and gets a call overturned to shoot a free throw. It’s clear bias and giving the other guy make up calls doesn’t change that fact. People are acting like since moon’s opponent had a huge lead it’s okay to just not call a foul. If they would’ve called the fouls early on Moon would’ve lost the game. Or maybe moon toughs it out and then they can start calling the obvious travel when he got tired. But the refs clearly didn’t want to call fouls on moon to keep him in the game and then they clearly didn’t want to call a travel after giving moon all those calls. That’s just my subjective opinion after watching the video twice. I see where you’re coming from and I respect your opinion.

I say all this because it feels like people completely disregard what ISNT call and obsess over what WAS called. Theres also a ton of traveling that wasn't called either this game that resulted in buckets. This was a balanced game, an amazing game! Both players did their things and we LOVED watching D Stan hoop! He played against one of the best 1v1 guys (Moon).

The momentum shifted when Moon repeatedly got away with hacking across his opponent’s body. Yes, he’s getting ball, but he’s also hitting his opponent’s arm with force. The opponent was traveling out of the triple threat, but that doesn’t excuse the non-calls on the hacks. It has to be demoralizing when your opponent can rake your arm with no repercussion.

David Stanley's game is Amazing! One of the best players by far when it comes to moving the ball and making very tough shots. Even though Moon came back and took the W, I feel like David's game was way better, but I could see he just ended up getting alil more tired then Moon did and that's what made moon come back and take the W.
