I rate 10 out of 10 for laffing n buff dry chowmein as those foods are special for the quality , taste , cheap , gud cozy environment and im 💯% satisfied rather goin dat far til boudha wich wil cost extra transport fare , tym loss , energy loss so why waste dose wen we hav dat in lalitpur itself 👊🏻so guys don b confused 😐, don listen to others jus go by urself taste it, feel it, experience it coz im sure no1 can judge a food fr u as evry1 has difrnt taste buds n difrent thoughts n idea so better try it.

Technically speaking, tyo chei Chowmian hoina, tyas lai Dan Dan Mian/Noodles (担担面) bhancha. Chow mein means fried noodles in Chinese.

Everything looks so delicious and I love how the place is in a cosy area. However, the only concern is hygiene. Not every restaurants have poor hygiene in Nepal but I really wish food store owners keep in mind that hygiene I very important. The way that person was making laphing with is bare hands were not appealing to the youtube viewers at all (could be just me cause I'm a neat freak lol) but I really hope that Nepal's restaurant owners/ chefs have a good level of understanding about hygiene and use gloves when they make foods like laphing that require hands to be involved whilst making it. they will obviously defend themselves saying they wash their hands but i mean thats kinda unbelievable that someone would wash their hands every-time they touch something (if they do do that then good for them) Overall, the food looks very delicious and would love to try it when I visit Nepal.
