Miyeon from (G)I-DLE appeared on the weekly live show Waiting Room on Thursday, July 18, just before the special anniversary episode of MCountdown. She was invited to participate in this special broadcast along with Hanbin from ZEROBASEONE, Jaehyun from BOYNEXTDOOR, and Sohee from RIIZE, the other MCs.
As Miyeon reminisced about her time on MCountdown, the MCountdown trophy incident from July last year involving BTS's Jungkook came to her mind.
Miyeon once again expressed her deepest apologies to Jungkook BTS for the slip and fall incident that caused the head of the MCountdown trophy to break off, which Miyeon had accepted on behalf of Jungkook.
