Made this, absolutely delicious. I ended up doubling the recipe and making 2 loafs. Works well with whole grain flour. I used vanilla coconut yogurt instead of the Greek yogurt to be more dairy free. Great recipe, I am saving and using it from now on.

Just made this! I used a bit less Greek yogurt because I didn’t want it to be too mushy for my taste - turned out deliciously nutty and chocolatey with just the right amount of softness. Definitely recommend, thanks for the recipe!

Why is it that the ends are always almost always burnt for my loaves? I can never get an even looking loaf 😢. 350 for 50 minutes.

The ends are normally going to be the driest parts. If the center is also dry it could just be that it was baked too long. I try to always spread the batter evenly in the pan and check the bread for doneness every 5 min near the end of baking. Hope your next breads turn out well!
