The Most Multilayered Escape Room

This is the newest escape room made by a very prolific creator of escape rooms (Mani Morishita / KOTORINOSU). I think I fail to pronounce 'KOTORINOSU' in the intro -_- :p
(The game is free, but on phones/has banner ads, called "Panel Room")
The game has no music, all tracks in this video are composed by me. Also I spent a whole day fixing video/sound desyncs and cutting footage so yeahhh this is a rare video for me lol

More comments on the gameplay: That RSG color on the comic probably refers to the colors on that three color button. The way they use three symmetrical numeral as the first digit to trick you with the last one is absolute baller move.

I didn't know Kotorinosu was still around. Neat! The end of Flash was really bad for the escape genre. I still find myself trying to suggest some Neutralxe title occasionally 😢

Panel Room is a part of Kotorinosu's series of META Rooms (Currently 2 games, 3rd one is coming), would recommend Pixel Room, the first in this series! It's slightly less meta, but still pretty cool!

I got confused by the RSG thing when watching since I could already read the RSG without the first book or the ability to move them, if I had been playing this I would have completely skipped over the Getting Exitman 1 puzzle and just seen the RSG assuming that was intended. (again, I did watch this video on the release day, I just had almost no comments then and a ton of comments on the rewatch)

Yeah, if you both close the door and turn off the lights you can see the [x]. (it's a bit subtle, but with the door open and light switch off, the area around the door is still slightly illuminated, preventing you from seeing the glow-in-the-dark mark.)
