Love the videos and the gameplay! I used to play a bit of Leona. Was mostly a tank support main. Naut, blitz, thresh and a little bit of Braun Leona.

I play a lot of support and Leona this past split. I think W max is still very strong. and in fact I then max E not Q. E gets its cd reduced per level while Q wont. and I find that if i can move around fights and abuse my near unstoppable mobility I tend to win/live a lot more.

tilterella. i use hexflash on aatrox support (check in my channel the video: aatrox f*** senna) and generaly i think its realy underrated on junglers. used to have it on skarner and gank mid from the chickens.

What’s the benefits of q max? For the damage? Isn’t level up q don’t reduce the cooldown of it, so imo it’s the worst skill to max out. Sorry if I’m wrong

the best evidence of this just happened at MSI 2024. Mikyx from G2 killed TES ADC with an hex flash, and it was one of the most dominant game of the series. It adds even more if you factor that TES was one of the favorites to win MSI and G2 was a team thought to not make it very far.

This is surprisingly effective on Taric, my duo and I abused the fuck out of this rune since its release. We used Taric + Lucian/Draven mainly. After you land the first cheese dive potential and 2v3 potential is insane. With Taric R.

@markuseleazarsison1759 Inspiration tree with everfrost, and hexflash, biscuits for healthy dives and cosmic insight. Secondaries were more situational but usually second wind/revitalize vs enchanters/poke lanes or conditioning/bone plating vs tanks

Absolutely loved the gameplay. Otherwise for the Q max debate, there shouldn't be any. It is not optimal as it doesnt decrease the cooldown or affect cc duration, and also increases the mana cost for no reason. The +25damages per level do not justify it as if you are looking for the maximum DPS possible, maxing E is by far the better option, with huge decrease of the cooldown and +40 flat damages for each point. W is also stronger than maxing Q because of the insane stat value it provides and the cooldown decrease. In resume : there could be a debate on wether you should max first W (more usual) or E, but always make sure you max Q as your 3rd and last spell ❤

double jungle is new meta , where one goes jungle item, and the other goes support item and both have smite. met it 2 times so far in new season and they dont lack XP and it is impossible to survive. both times it has been singed support with smite and Vi FULL critt jungle.

BTW not telling you how to play or anything but you don't gain much by maxing q first on Leona, same cd just slightly more dmg, w max first is way better it gives u lower cd and more resistances

Honestly? I feel like the early skirmishing was pretty flippy. A lot went right tangentially for how things developed as the game went on. Trade your junglers and this puts your similarly well scaling ADC at a major disadvantage. I think the consistent play is to just wait on your lvl 4 when Viego is likely to show up and blow flash for decent setup and then utilize your hex-flash for thereafter. I don't disparage the level 1 bush cheese attempt as had that E connected it would have set you up to play how you wanted to. What I'm sceptical of is everything after the attempt failed.

We need more leona. Also you should go for E flash instead of flash E (it's very easy) and always land an auto before Q (you often miss it, it's a lot of extra dmg), generalny your auto Q auto is very slow for no reason (for example on wards). Also try to open with Q more often instead of E, sometimes the situation lets you do so (enemies juke left and right to avoid phantom E and you quickly can get closer with proper moves), and yet you go for a risky E instead of 100% free Q E R. Also maxing Q is never worth it, literally never

@@Tilterella now I'm curious, why you decided to max Q? Gain from lower cooldowns on W and E outwages dmg gain on Q, and lower cd on E is especially helpful against poking supps. You also get more dmg from W/E too (and higher defences from W) so what's the reasoning? Maybe something changed (last time I played lol was like 2 years ago) but I reached master as otp leo on both euw and eune and it always bothered me how useless lvling up Q is. Not to mention the benefit of way better waveclear with leveled up aoe spells

But why increase q rank? As far as i know, it only really increases the damage, ive always maxxed w first as it is free armor and mr and it reduces cdr, i generally max out q last as it seems to benefit the least from levels.

I don't really get the q max. The ability is just as useful at rank 1 as it is rank 5. The stun doesn't go up, the cd doesn't go down. If you want more damage then max e and have more mobility, more cc, the same amount of damage increase. Even the w hits hard when maxed but it steals kills constant It's just bizzare that's the name of the vid, but you didn't really talk about your q at all or why you decide to max it. All the other information in this video is absolutely peak tho. Great video, confusing title.
