I always thought the concept of grim was really good, his ability allows for lineups and some crazy cutoffs, but honestly I haven’t played in a minute so I wouldn’t know exactly how good he is but I always thought he has a good concept on paper

Grim is actually cracked. All the gadget needed was some tweaks, and especially being able to bounce it off of surfaces really made the gadget safe and viable. With a Commando, Baliff, and Hard Breaches, he really is a one man show.

Lion at that time was crazy. If they knew where you were you were just dead. Couldn't move for 3 seconds or had full outline wallhacks on you. People ban Dokk now for her audio based universal gadget giving attackers favourable swings. Lion had zero counter.

I don't really know what the dev team was smoking when releasing lion. I believe that global abilities in general don't belong in siege. As pengu has said years ago, you press a button and boom you have influenced a round. No strategy no nothing. Global abilities must go.

The game is supposed to be a team based game. So I think they should stay but not be too overpowered

@@Nemenade the game being team based has nothing to do with global abilities. You pressing a button and affecting the whole enemy team or your own team doesn't belong in siege. + All global abilities belong to attackers.

@@drgeorgezervas Dokkaebi has a global ability and works perfectly with the game, you're high on some serious shit right there. If you use her at the wrong time, you won't be influencing shit. Nor will current Lion and Finka. It does require game sense and notion. Dok also has a very common operator to counter her: mute. It does absolutely belong in Siege as long as it's done right.

@@hygormotasantos4035 I'm assuming you are not so high of a rank (which is completely fine) but dokkaebi has been the best attacker by far and for a while now. No her gadget doesn't work perfectly in the game that's why they are reworking her. A dokkaebi can press a button and instantly fuck up flanks and get all defenders and spectators off the cams. Her gadget is mainly used for roam clears so the mute jammer argument doesn't apply.

@@drgeorgezervas You should stop assuming "skill issues" whenever someone disagrees with your take. Makes you look stupid. I'm high Diamond and I follow Siege meta and competitive scene since Year 2. I'm pretty sure I know what I'm saying. Dokkaebi is getting lightly worked on. Her gadget's idea is still the same and it works well. Always did. Defenders have a natural advantage on this game just because of a simple fact: time. Defenders have access to amazing options for roaming which have as function: waste attacker's time. Vigil is a direct counter to almost every hunting mechanic in the game and can eat a full chunk of time out of any attacking plan. Dokkaebi plays sound, one of the most important aspects of the game, but it's not a wallhack and someone who has no clue of what they're doing is not going to affect shit on a round. I always play with 2-3 champs on my team and on the enemy team. There's always a Dokkaebi and still they manage to mess that shit up. Using her calls on the least necessary times ever, using just to "clear" a room that he could've droned in 5 seconds and they never play with the team which makes her a useless pick in that case. So it's not a "no brain" ability. When used right is absolutely a Siege ability. Literally works as a tool for an actual tactical part of the game as hunting down roamers. Lion was stupidly broken and walls do not belong to Siege. But forcing sound? That DOES belong in Siege.

I despised Lion and Ela think i have less than 5 kills with both. I like Ash's gadget but we all know why everyone really uses her. I tend to stay away from the popular ops
