0:45 Brock's Super is meant to be used at long range to make use of its constant travel speed. If enemies are at close range, you'd often use your main attack, though I'd see the situation where you'd have to use a Super. However, in that case the Super is moreso area denial rather than damage-dealing to ensure you can safely escape the encounter. The most painful thing about Brock is having your rockets juked at mid-range.

Two things I find painful about Gene. 1. When we are just trying to get some good damage output in a stalemate but all you can do is 200 damage and thats all. 2. Pulling an enemy but your teammate abandon you so you just die because of the slow low damage reload.

Hank's health was decreased to 5000 (from 6000). Hank's main attack damage was decreased to 450 (from 500) at close range. Hank's Super charge rate was decreased but now scales with the damage dealt. 5:52 The most painful thing about Mortis IS Mortis. You can get someone on low health but you can't kill them, your shovel takes 2.4 seconds to reload (how one reloads a shovel is beyond me) and because the shovel takes so long the gadget feels necessary for emergencies. But because the base reload is so slow it feels like youre playing a regular brawler for a moment. The star powers are kinda mediocre at best, useless at worst (i recomend the second one that way if you do manage to kill someone you get 1000 health from them). All in all it is a painful experience playing Mortis. (Anyway, I play Mortis, he's my favorite, working on his mastery.)
