Hi Nessa, it's not a special order. The Empire Carryall 40 came out 4 weeks ago, it was so popular, and there were many on the waiting list. I only saw it online for a few hours, a few weeks ago. I just went to my local Coach boutique and asked my SA if there were any left, and she managed to get one for me 🥰 Hopefully Coach Australia will restock next year. Thank you for watching 😘❤️
