Nice! I had to cut a 1/4” off the tip of my Yamaha RX1 to fit the Rotax C gear. RK400 clutch was rad and tough. I tried 3.0 gears and settled with 3.47 :1 ratio. With a NR SL118 prop. Reach out to Hal Stockton he gave me the number to an old trike builder guy that had a few C boxes I lucked out, sold me one for $500 good luck man can’t wait!

I have been going over your videos on the Rotax 800. The 800 and 850 were a choice of mine, as they are light at 160HP, compared to the 4 stroke. You have the Rotax C PSRU, which according to their spec sheet is rated at 80HP, that's a long way from 160HP. There is available the SPG4, rated at 180hp, if the C PSRU has issue. Again, thanks for taking the time to make the videos. 😊🇨🇦

Thanks for the info i went with the 800 n/a because they make the same power to 7000' the 850 is much bigger and weighs more. Where does one buy this grarbox you speak of?
