I use this strategy somewhat. I’m in a 23 user league and only one user outside ofnme goes after 5 stars. I go after the ones he doesn’t go after. Another user goes after 4 stars and everyone else just go after the 3 ⭐️ that are interested. We started with 2 star schools and I am able to get 3-4 5 ⭐️ with a lower tier team. I am going to experiment with motivator to get those extra bonuses.

The minute I see schools like LSU, Penn State, FSU, UGA I know the video is of no value. These schools have the highest tier pipelines, highest recruiting grades, highest prospects starting interest. You literally can’t mess it up. Now show me a user in a year league year 2-3 with a team like UVA,UNC, Mizzou etc with a class of 9 5* and that would change my tune.

@DGHustla305 Right, I play with Washington State University in a 32-man league dynasty. I get 600 points during season and 900 during off-season. When I see these KZbinrs talking about use this strategy and I see them with LSU or any other 4 star 5 star team, I instantly think cheesers. They don't have the slightest clue about going through the grind while playing in a competitive league. The guys in my league who have these teams are already destroying everyone in recruiting simply because of their team prestige.

@@DGHustla305 I did it with Buffalo and have a video on it. The strategy does not change, except for the availability of high tier players for your school. Takes more time but the exact strategy works across the board

I would not recommend this strategy if you are playing with a 3 star school or below. Especially if you are in a competitive online dynasty, you will get shredded!

If you are only recruiting 5 stars, what happens with your team needs? Are you just switching guys to different positions as needed? That seems like what you would have to do.

Great vid but one pushback it’s some fire 4stars especially at the Atl position a few years my best players on my Texas team has been 4stars even a few 3stars im talking like 95 overalls

@@Bhowell21 Virginia is one of those schools that may be a bit borderline, and need to focus on 4 stars in the first year or so. It looks like, recruiting-wise, they are outside of the top 50 recruiting schools. That’s probably hurting you a good bit in the beginning

@ Im West Virginia not Virginia. WVU is a 3.5 star school and I am number 1 to 3 on a lot of 5 stars boards but it is hampering me a lot since it’s week 10 and I have yet to sign anyone. I can probably salvage my class and get 5ish 5 stars and 10-15 4 stars but it’ll take a lot of work. I was just wondering what I should do to seal a commit since my influence stagnates around 80-95% of the bar being filled.

@@Bhowell21 sorry for misreading that. WVU is still only ranked as the 40th best recruiting school. They’re ranked around schools like Purdue, Rice, Minnesota, and Tulane. Your best bet in the first year with WVU would be to go after only a couple 5 stars, if you can get them to be interested early. If not, focus on 4 stars and build your coach. Get tier 4 recruiter traits and you’ll have a ton more interest in future years from high-end players. WVU only has 1 gold pipeline, so it’s a bit of a build process to get to the top of the recruiting board

32 man league you won't have 5 stars not recruited after pre season lol... Good strat but you will have to condense this list in a 32 man and focus on 5-7 5 stars and the rest 4 stars

im 99% sure you only get the archetype boost for whichever one you have as your "active" one, so whichever you have the points in, so you arent going to get the extra xp from tactician or motivator just for unlocking it

@@rollinsredsox you could be right, but the way it’s worded would imply you can get the bonus regardless. That’s something they might want to modify if you can’t get the xp bonuses. I will say, it appears I get more xp once I buy into those. It could be placebo effect
