Awesome video man!! Although I think you should change/upgrade your CPU. Like you should get either the 7800x3d or maybe even the new 9800x3d. You'll be able to get like 800fps if not more in normal game and like 1200-1300fps in creative. Cause like you're not getting very good fps even with your build. Which i think is just the cou not being for gaming probably

Hey, the reason why there were crazy lag spikes on a pc like this, is because of CPU bottlenecking. For something like the 4090 you definitely want to be going with AM5, but you are using a very outdated AM4 CPU. You would need to change your motherboard and maybe RAM for a better AM5 CPU, but it would eliminate lag spikes if you got something like the r7 7800X3D. Hope this helps love the content man.
