Awesome tutorial on the Lead Side Kick. This one definitely takes us back as this was the 1st idea I had for the Side Kick. And you most definitely delivered. 💪🥋☯️🐉 It truly helped out on how fully utilize it to the fullest while l explaining its many uses and how it can be use as for setup and feints while being as a move for anything as long as you know what you’re doing for it. ☯️🐉 I’m truly glad you have gave this very first idea of mine a go and after all years, it’s going to truly incredible for you giving my new Side Kick video idea a go this month. I truly appreciate it Master Tristan. ☺️👍🥋☯️🙏

As mentioned, this new idea will be the Side Kick Hold Exercise in which you go over the Isometric and Dynamic stretches as well as exercise drills for improving the Sidekick and learning to hold the Sidekick for balance and strength training. 🥋 These drills can range from Standing Sidekick leg raises, leg chambering/positioning, to Sidekick stretches ranging from Sidekick holds, creative sets, balance exercises and combination reps as well as Slow and Controlled Sidekicks holds and going over a Bladed Side Kick and its uses with some Bladed Side Kick Hold drills added in as well as adding some assisted Sidekick Hold Drills for Low, Middle, and High Variations as well as the well as the Front/Lead and Rear Leg Side Kick Hold variations which can be utilized with the use of a wall/railing with and without a resistance band for Leg Strength and balance control while increasing in difficulty including having a partner to help out as well. And lastly, add and issue a Sidekick Hold challenge exercise drill at the very end as well as a Bladed Side Kick Hold in which the goal is to perform a Sidekick and then hold the kick for as long as you can with the help of a timer, one towards the camera and one towards the side for as long as you can for a total of 30 seconds to 1 minute and this can be done in any form and variation while working your way up with or without a wall/rail bar in any difficulty with you trying them and the video in general in Fight Shorts Attire. 🥋🩳🦶☯️🔥🐉 I’m truly glad you love my new Side Kick idea as it definitely took a good while to prepare with it being a lot to go over, but I'm happy that it all paid off. I truly can’t wait for you to give my new Side Kick idea a try this month and give it your best and most awesome Side Kick Holds yet Tristan as you fully going deep in-depth with them and break it down to multiple videos and shorts if possible so do be sure to write all of it down as it's definitely a lot to go over, but I fully know that you got this.☺👍👍☯️🔥 Looking forward to it and let’s give this year our very best brother.
