Replace a dermaroller with a microneedling pen with disposible needles for better results. Use a good serum with high purity and little ingredients. Works for face, neck chest (for women) and hands (often neglected). Works exceptionally well for hair growth when paired with minoxidil.

It doesn’t work exceptionally well. It helps a slight but.

@@danplove97 Minoxidil with microneedling vs with minoxidil alone is way more effective. So I would say, exceptional. “In the Microneedling group, 41 (82%) patients reported more than 50% improvement versus only 2 (4.5%) patients in the Minoxidil group.”
@danplove977 сағат бұрын
@ stand alone it does nothing to promote hair loss. Yes, it increases the absorption of Minoxidil but the majority of studies is actually very underwhelming. You verbally referenced one study, I don’t know what study this was. A placebo controlled study? Phototrichogram?

Great video learned a lot again! :) This might be a wild theory, but as I've been doing more research, I wonder if we could apply stable form BPC 157 to the skin after microneedling creates those small injuries. I think this would be really interesting to investigate. I've been watching your other videos about BPC 157. BPC 157 has been shown to boost collagen production through stimulating fibroblast migration and increasing type 1 collagen synthesis, as demonstrated in both animal studies and tissue cultures. Perhaps this could create additional synergy when combined with a good collagen supplement.

@snorkelingfun9 сағат бұрын
670nm red light has had some studies for improving retina health. I own a 670nm lamp and use it 3 mins everyday from a distance of about 30cm and staring directly at it. I have noticed big improvement in my clarity/ colour vision and reduced an issue I had called CSR which is fluid build up behind retina. Other wavelengths in the 800+ range i would always wear blocking glasses and never look directly at it with naked eye as I have not seen any safety studies on those wavelengths to take any risk.

I do it with a professional dermapen, started last year and did one session this winter already. ~6 weeks interval, use pain cream 30 minutes before and then sterilize your face. I do 1 session 12 needle for wrinkles and scars and 36 needle for the whole face. You need to look at the depth map and only use needles once. Don't use these terrible rollers. I use BAHA Hyaluronic Acid and Dermastyr H53EGF + GHK-CU peptides You need to avoid some creams and techniques before and after - like sunbathing. sauna before is good. Done wrong can cause more harm - get informed first

Can you use a AHA + BHA Peeling Solution solution after your micromeedling session or you should separate them out to avoid skin damage?
@jds14219 сағат бұрын
Definitely separate them!! That will cause way too much stress. Very little actives ingredients immediately after microneedling. Start slow with other actives like Vit C - some are still sensitive to that with microneedling. Safe to use peptides serums and hyaluronic acid. Stop using retinals at least 3-4 days before a deep microneedling session as well.

Really nice video. I'm curious, if you would ever start balding, would finasteride be something you would ever consider? It's such a polarizing drug where some people say it ruined their lives and others swear by it. It's also interesting in the sense that it reduces prostate cancer risk by about 25ish percent or so if I am not mistaken according to studies (Dr Brad Stanfield has good videos on this) and it has recently been linked to delaying the progression of atherosclerosis. Have you looked into it for longevity purposes, cause you clearly seem fine in the hair department (for now) 😂
