As usual, this video is excellent. As you correctly pointed out, working as a VA in the customer service VA niche (for a tech company) calls for strong problem-solving and communication skills, particularly when working with clients from other countries. its achievable but you have to work hard. Definitely look into project management again. I started with Her Peer Africa but stopped the training at some point.

I am really interested in Administrative, customer service. I studied estate management, but I really don't have the flare for it. But I guess I can excel in that if I put mind to it. But I really want to do customer support.
