However, the plot in the manga is still delusional when taken seriously, because the manga constantly uses some completely grotesque form of deceiving expectations. This happens so often that after a certain point, the story of how human-bugs in hand-to-hand fight with humanoid cockroaches on Mars can no longer be perceived as anything other than a comedy. 🙃

Personally i liked Terraformars. It was something different. If you are into action or science fiction animes i say give it a shot. Also ( warning spoiler alert) when Adolf found out his cheating wife's child was not his. He made arrangements that upon his death the company that funded their expedition and sent him his paychecks. @@olawoolo The anime of terraformars had 2 studios, the first one made the first season and 2 OVA´s. The director of those 2 project knew how to adapt the essence of the manga to a more active media like anime. The first airing of the anime was under heavy censorship due to the violence (they wanted young ones to watch it). Hence in the second season they changed studios and director, the second season was very critiziced due to being infantilized to the point it was a complete different anime (Personally I think it was shit). The best experience is the manga, but I tell you right now, is more dense, Is very good but more dense. Once you watch it you can realize the good job the first studio did and how waterdown became in the second season. As a sidenote, please read the history of Adolf in the manga and then compare it to the anime, is essencially the same, but the anime focused on the fellings of Adolf wich make the moment more powerful. Good video man, you are close to the CJ league, keep it up!!!! PS: I know you were joking with the "racist anime".

Reminds me of a manga (remind me if you know the name) where these people all fight with insect based fghting styles/weapons. The main character is the spider, and they have this sorta grappling hook weapon that they use and they can feel the vibrations through it to sense enemies. Besides that, I rmember one of the recurring things is they have to decide whether to fight or flee, and its really tense. That, and I remember the grasshopper dude being cool or something. As someone who enjoys action animes with genius plots, I have to say something about how they did the first season makes it one of my personal favorites. But oh God did they fuck everything up in season 2.

The whiplash between season 1 and season 2 was so strong, I had to make sure my head was still on. Went from AoT to Pokemon. Personally, I like how they kept the stakes high in the first season. A good balance of knowing anyone could die at any moment while still having a fighting chance. Even with the huge jumps in power. The second season completely threw out all the tension built. The stakes were so low nothing mattered anymore.
