Hey guys, glad you enjoyed it and gave the Landy a proper shakedown with all the varying terrain. The Baviaans does not normally have so much water, my daughters counted no less than 44 water crossings that day. Oh by the way, we are the family that met you in Wilderness when you arrived at camp and passed you on the Baviaans track at that closed farm store. (Hilux towing the Bush Lapa). Hope you enjoy the Eastern Cape, we have a beautiful province and so much to explore. Enjoy and be safe. M & F

Great video guys 🙌 Agreed!! it’s “criminal” to do the Baviaans in one day. Three days minimum or more if you want to enjoy staying at the different campsites, take in all the scenery and little gems the area has to offer. We did it during December 2023 for 5 days and that was too little..But looking forward to following you to the next adventure 😎

hi guys , i ve been enjoying your videos from the beginning , looking at the vehicle setup now and the upgrades you have done so far to the 130 , have you ever consider setting up a heavy leaf set in the back rather than the coils or the ari bags , in the past also you had some problems with the rear end suspensions , it's that you camper is very heavy for it. you could see the latest Tandura or Land Cruiser 70 series have the same, my 1978 Land rover series 3 109 i have done the same and works like dream for heavy loads,

Hey Guys: I’ve been following you for a while and really love it. You’ve probably covered this, but I’ve always wondered: when and why did you come up with the names: Grizzly and Bear? Is there a story? Do tell. Cheers! PS - Any plans to visit Canada?
@GrizzlyNbearOverland11 ай бұрын
Actually the name is quite simple. We named our Defender Bear as when we bought it there was a Wild Bear bumper on the front. Then we bought a camper that is actually a Grizzly model from factory. So we had GrizzlyNbear 😉 One day we will come to Canada for sure.

Geeeee wizzzz, the bloke couldn't wait for you to get out of the way... It was the right place for a cold "cuppa tea" and a chat.... Enjoy enjoy enjoy... Up the Green Oval 🇿🇦
