Summit basically has 5 if you want to say it got remade in BOCW under a new name. If the other maps had gotten treatment of being renamed and remade like Hijacked, Summit should get the right to have that renamed and remade map as a count on its rerelease counter.

People forget Shipment was in Black Ops Declassified (the PS Vita CoD), among other ones but these where cut in half like Nukehouse (which only use half of the map Nuketown), but if Nero is only gonna count the main consoles ones then I get it.

I’m pretty sure dome was in ghosts twice as that one map that changes layout when someone gets a KEM strike. That map was then remade in infinite warfare making dome also have 6 versions if I’m remembering correctly.

True, but Strikezone is pretty different in a few ways from Dome, and Genesis followed Strikezone more than it did Dome. So id say Strikezone isn't a remake of Dome, and by default, Genesis is not either.

You'd be surprised how many Cod maps are called different maps but use the same layouts as old/forgotten ones. USS Texas on WW2 is a reimagined version of Ship from Cod1, Taraq is a reimagined version of Neuville from Cod1, not to mention Strikezone from Ghosts and Genesis from IW use the Dome layout from MW3. Cod has been recycling things forever.

I know some people who are silly geese and would add Nuketown: Zombies to the Nuketown remastered pile, and some even sillier geese who would add the Alpha Omega Zombies map in Black Ops 4 to that pile. They are weirdos who I don't understand, but you are seeing the map more often than you otherwise would and maybe you get tired of it in that way. If you count those and the Shipment and Chinatown in MWR, there's three maps that have been remade seven times And yet they still haven't remade Seelow and Upheaval, from World at War and haven't brought back Courtyard since Black Ops 2 or Cliffside since Black Ops 1 no I'm not over it thank you for asking
