Coming from a former spa therapist of 20yrs, to always know whether you're going to get a beautiful experience or just the average robotic, cold and rushed treatment, simply ask your therapist whether they love their job. That's all it takes to know what you're in for. The good ones will jump at the opportunity to tell of their passion to install wellbeing in others while soothing themselves doing such a caring job. I literally had to hold back tears when people told me they felt the warmth and energy in my touch and that I had magic healing hands. I was so passionate at what I was doing and sadly my career came to an abrupt end and I've never since felt complete. Oh how I miss the good old days when my work was my therapy.

That is a beautiful facial! Masks that stay moist are easier to remove. Scrubs must be removed thoroughly - the grains interfere with massage and moisturising. Two bowls of warm water are a must. The eye pads should not be soppy/soak into the eyes.

*Relaxing Facial for Glowing Skin: A Step-by-Step Guide* This video demonstrates a comprehensive facial routine using affordable products to achieve relaxed and radiant skin. *Client Preparation and Cleansing* * *0:00**:* Ensure client comfort by placing a pillow under their knees to reduce back pressure. * *0:21**:* Gently remove eye makeup using a cotton pad soaked in eye makeup remover. * *0:44**:* Apply cleanser generously to the face, neck, and chest, using upward effleurage strokes. Repeat this process three times. * *1:37**:* Remove the cleanser using hot water and sponges, ensuring thorough removal. * *2:12**:* Perform a second cleanse with increased friction to promote collagen production and skin elasticity. Repeat this three times and remove with hot water and sponges. *Exfoliation and Massage* * *3:17**:* Apply exfoliator using a brush or hands, informing the client of the product's coolness. * *3:38**:* Cover the client's eyes with cotton pads soaked in rose water. * *3:54**:* While the exfoliator sets, perform a five-minute hand and arm massage. * *5:20**:* Exfoliate the skin using a silicone exfoliating pad in circular motions, covering the chest, neck, and face. * *6:18**:* Remove the exfoliator with hot water and sponges until the skin feels smooth. *Toning and Masking* * *6:39**:* Apply toner to cotton pads to remove any remaining exfoliator residue. * *6:54**:* Apply a generous amount of mask to the face and neck, using any excess for the chest area. * *7:26**:* Cover the eyes with fresh cotton pads soaked in rose water and perform a hand and arm massage on the other arm while the mask sets for 8 minutes. * *8:01**:* Remove the mask with hot water and sponges and tone the skin one final time. *Serum, Moisturizer, and Eye Cream* * *8:40**:* Gently blot the skin with a tissue to remove excess water. * *8:51**:* Pat vitamin C brightening serum into the skin. * *9:10**:* Warm facial oil in your hands and apply to the face using sweeping effleurage motions. * *9:35**:* Perform a neck massage using long strokes to release tension. * *9:54**:* Massage the jaw and mouth area to promote a youthful appearance. * *10:22**:* Sculpt the cheekbones to firm the muscles and tighten the skin. * *10:36**:* Use various techniques around the eye area to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. * *11:19**:* Apply pressure to specific points on the forehead to alleviate tension. * *11:40**:* Apply moisturizer to lock in the oil and provide additional benefits. * *11:54**:* Finish by applying eye cream to the eye area. *Products Used and Their Purposes:* * *Eye Makeup Remover:* Gently removes eye makeup without irritating the delicate eye area. * *Cleanser:* Removes dirt, oil, and makeup from the skin, leaving it clean and refreshed. * *Exfoliator:* Sloughs off dead skin cells, promoting cell turnover and revealing brighter, smoother skin. * *Rose Water:* Soothes and hydrates the skin, reducing redness and inflammation. * *Toner:* Removes any remaining traces of cleanser or exfoliator and balances the skin's pH level. * *Mask:* Provides specific benefits depending on the type used, such as hydration, brightening, or pore-minimizing. * *Vitamin C Serum:* Brightens the skin, evens out skin tone, and protects against free radical damage. * *Facial Oil:* Nourishes and hydrates the skin, leaving it soft and supple. * *Moisturizer:* Locks in moisture and provides additional hydration and protection. * *Eye Cream:* Hydrates and nourishes the delicate eye area, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. gemini 1.5 pro Token count 3,172 / 1,048,576
