As an ultra-sensitive empath, I have found it impossible to come across a meditative musical composition that somehow does not trigger challenging emotions such as sadness, fear or anxiety. Until now. This is ethereal, without encountering the sort of familiar and emotionally draining pathway to feeling isolated and alone in the universe. It’s hard to explain, but hidden somewhere within this music is a key to a frame of mind that has felt much safer, and opens up an atmosphere where conscious thoughts flow through it to a clearer picture of whatever it is that is causing me stress in the moment, making it easier to resolve effectively. Hello... why should an ultra empath ever feel isolated and lonely in the universe? He should rejoyce because that sensitivity will make him feel at home in the universe. There is a great difference between lonelyness and aloneness. Aloneness is our nature and utterly blissful, calm, powerful, content with oneself. Wish for you to find that space. Lonelyness misses something or the "other". Aloneness It is of course not to be misunderstood as an emotion which by nature are constantly provoked from the outside and ever changing. Hope you understand what I mean. Maybe meditation can bring that experience. My very best wishes ❤

Wow - after listening to this for about 10 minutes I went through a sudden shift and all my anxiety evaporated. I felt like I was kind of in a cocoon of safety and calm.
