lol no bc I’m allergic to the enzyme in milk and the last 6 years I was breaking out bad, I could still eat cheese at this point bc of the enzyme change when milk reaches a certain temperature. But @jesse if you’re noticing breakouts now eventually if you’re like me the milk allergy will also transform into a cheese allergy and can also manifest into a gluten allergy. I promise it’s not that bad there a ton of alternatives. Spirolactone is what my dermatologist put me on and it helps maintain your skin/health if you accidentally ingest milk in products
