Honestly Sailor Moon is Overestimated. Yes she has a huge Maxpower-output, but thats pretty much all there is. Elsewise she is just a Schoolgirl with no increadible Speed, Intellect or other skills. On top of that, the huge Maxpower-outfit makes her loose her life. So i wouldnt count that equilly high as someone who can tap to the same lvl casually. But that doesnt only apply to her. At least she can control it. For other Character-feats like adult Gon or Korosensei i wouldnt even count theese abilities at all. But jeah Linlin should be lower. I say also Yusuke Natsu and maybe Inuyasha would murder her. But Inuyasha might actually be close. Akira is kind of difficult since he became the Universe in the end, or something like that.... i dont fully remember its been 20 Jears and i wanted to watch Ducktales instead. Also i love Saitamas Face in that picture. He´s as suprised as we are.

With crystal beam she has enough power to kill a LOT of theese people, without, even Linlin might be challenging at least based on what we see. If it comes on what we hear from talking cats, than even her regular output is on Saitamas lvl. Otherwise based on reaction and speed even Guts from Berserk might kill her. I think she is right below susuke, since i assume he and his Gun is too fast. But I have no Idea which placing that is, since a lot of the upper Guys wouldnt be there, but a lot of other people would be included. For example Saint Saya, Tenchi, Ryoko and many more. When he said Fist of the north Star is too low, and he didnt think its possible to call so many stronger people, i wasnt so sure about this. There are Tons of powerful Anime characters, but many of them didnt even appear on this List.

Ed boxing with Father?? Idk about that.. People seem to forget that while yes, Ed was the one to put the nail in the coffin with the final blows, father was severely nerfed by the time Ed got to him. Hohenheim used his reverse transmutation circle plot to keep him from going god mode, and Greed sacrificed his life to severely deplete Father of his lives. Before that point: the whole briggs army, the chimeras, Armstrong, Roy, Izumi, Hohenheim, Ling, Ed, Al-the whole gang-were putting everything into trying to take him out, but couldn’t put a single hit on him. If it was a straight up 1v1 between a non-damaged Father and Ed? Ed would’ve been done. Would’ve died without Hohenheim blocking the massive blow he aimed at him, he would’ve died if Greed hadn’t used up a ton of his souls and weakened him, he would’ve died when Father was coming for him after blowing his automail off and had him pinned to the wall by his arm (had not Al and May did that transmutation to give him his arm back). Sorry but without the collective help and sacrifices of Greed, Hohenheim, and Al, Ed would’ve never been able to take Father in that fight. He’s not that op lol. Anyone could’ve had a fist fight with father with the kind of condition he was in by the end of that fight, and won. Dude was barely even putting up hands he was so weak. Just had to be Ed because it would’ve been more satisfying having the MC put him down.

The universal scaling for Galaxia and usagi come from the manga not the 90s anime, in fact in that manga sailor moon is even stronger since she doesn't need to turn Eternal Sailor Moon to battle Galaxia.
