Scant reviews out there, but I took the gamble a few months ago, and no regrets. The weird bit to balance out is the fx output balance before the 'master' output. The comp is light but not needed to be spongy with release - the attack is decent enough. The output gets pretty hot for the big am, so it can distort easy. But really pleased with it. Because its 'harmonics' on the 'boost' 'fx' button can home in on some real nuts frequencies, it's able to put out some nice top ends. A pedal that amplifies etc etc AND powers 3 other fx externally - win win win. Battery life is like 6+ hrs with 2 additional pedals and powering the speakers. Handy as, that its bluetooth. Charges in full 3 hrs. Its really surprising!

I got the guitar version (orange) and it works great for bass, I picked it over the bass version since it has a built in distortion and a delay which I thought was cooler than the compressor.

It's actually fairly surprising. The mic'ed sound is way better than that Roland/Boss bass amp with 2 5"woofers and 5 watts. That amp sounds terrible actually. This one is quite good I think.

@@jreid641 on the Boss the sound is OK and has more low end than here, based on having tried out the Boss and only heard the other one on KZbin over headphones. For my battery-powered fun at low volumes I've found an acoustic guitar amp with a bit of bass boost sounds better than either, though. None of them get loud, though. With the acoustic amp you don't get any exciting bass amp modelling but you can stick almost any small, modern, cheap modeller or preamp pedal in front. Or even an old pedal will do. And you can play guitar or mandolin or zither through it too if you like.
