Dave's parents are savage! 😂 I'm Black (this is relevant, I promise). When I was about 10yrs old, I was playing around on my mom's keyboard piano, just pressing random keys. She came into the living room and said something like "You know, real Black musicians only play using the black keys," and went back into the kitchen. I carefully began picking away only at the black keys. Shortly thereafter I hear my parents giggling together like children in the kitchen. I was appalled and embarrassed at the time, but now it's one of my favorite absolutely hilarious childhood memories. 🤣❤️

On the other hand: that works out to a pentatonic scale (E flat minor, or G flat major). A lot of Stevie Wonder's songs use this, cause it's easier to play on the keyboard for blind musicians, as the black keys are raised up and in a different location to the white keys.

Even if a person is deep in an hard drugs binge, they should find the second to cap their needles. Each needle comes with an orange safety cap. @@mjfan653 exactly. I have nonodea who it was but I wasn't suprised. I lived in a type of low-income housing called the "PJs" in the US. Basically like the ghettos but they're specifically apartment complexes vs a specific neighborhood or town. And in the one I lived in, as well as some others in the county, it isn't uncommon to find them on the ground. When I was living there and my kids were very small, I often wouldn't let them play outside much if we couldn't go elsewhere because I was worried about them picking one up, not knowing any better. Thankfully while we're we live now isn't the best my kids can just go outside and run the streets of our neighborhood barefoot and be okay.

I'm hoping the 2012 'sighting' wasn't real or if it was, it wasn't a prank because the marshes is right next to the London Olympic site in Stratford. Where the myth about a button that gives you extra power in a Tesla comes from is actually older model electric cars which had a reset button on the battery reader. My father worked on these. Li-Ion batteries actually don't fully empty, draining them completely actually destroys them. Hitting that reset button somehow tricked the sensor into letting you tap into that reserve that's meant to KEEP THE BATTERY FUNCTIONAL AND RECHARGEABLE. One idiot hit it so many times that he completely drained something along the lines of $100,000 worth of batteries, making them nothing more than a glorified toxic boat anchor. Don't try to trick the power/safety systems, folks, they're there for a reason.
@KS-PNW
@KS-PNW 8 ай бұрын
There actually is a longer range option for Tesla's. You just have to pay for it, they've temporarily enabled it for free during major emergencies a couple times. No button though, the batteries just don't charge fully unless you unlock it.

For some stupid reason, I didn't think of this, even though I know you can make a plant turn any colour you like by adding food colouring to the water. After a VERY long night at the hospital, the Head of Paediatrics came to us and asked "Just by the off chance, does your son eat a lot of orange foods?" I replied "Yes, it seems he only likes orange foods." "Well" said he, "I am fairly sure your son does not have Jaundice, but rather, you have dyed you child!" I have to say first the editing on this video is hilariously top notch!! Then I have to say HEY!! The reason here in the UK there's modern folklore, stories, rumours whatever about strange beasts, maybe escaped exotic pets etc is because the scariest thing you'll encounter across the UK is perhaps an angry Bull/Cow or maybe a Horse!! If you're really unlucky potentially an Adder but even then you've got to be extremely unlucky to die from a bite! Especially as kids when you go out exploring, there's a vast expanse of land, maybe a big woodland!? Blatantly there's gunna be a Wolf Pack hidden away or perhaps a small population of maybe a big cat etc. I also mention the escaped/released exotic pets & big cats because that DID happen (Simon has done a video about it!) Whilst the arguments for & against some of these big cats surviving & evading capture to start a small population is absolutely up for debate! There was a time when some of these "Beasts" could very well have been an escaped Puma say! Then folklore & Chinese Whispers does its thing!

I always knew stolen kidney story couldn’t be true because unless he woke up literally right after they put the ice on him it would start to melt. Not to mention sleeping in the ice would probably kill you

The Halloween myth comes from Ronald Clark O'Bryan poisoned his son with pixxy stick he slipped in his Halloween candy for the insistence money. But no one has randomly poisoned halloween candy.

14:01 .. I remember seeing this on TV .. like a movie or a TV Show (not youtube) many years ago, as fiction mind you, but the guy was in the bathtub with ice and wakes up with a kidney missing, and blood is everywhere. Does anyone know if that was a movie or TV Show??

Ouch! Wicked memeology, Lorelei! What's the next level up from a Doctorate of Memeology? Supreme Being of Editing? Love it all. Keep them coming! Oh, and ask Whistle Boy for a nice, fat raise! It's well deserved, and he can afford it surely😂

3:30 it's a function that's been suggested to be allowed in civilian devices. Its not currently. It is a potential life-saver in an emergency but it allows the device to go completely flat which corrupts the memory irreversibly.

As a small city/ not quite country boy, and a loner/hermit whos biggest fear in the world is being trapped in the middle of a panicking crowd thats pressing in on all sides while having no, or being unable to reach an, exit, the idea of permanently settling in a city like LA, NY, Seattle, Chicago, or any other city that takes longer than 30 minutes to travel from one side to the other even at the slowest of times is quite unthinkable to me. I honestly belive i would attempt living off the land or going homeless before i would attempt to make a life intentionally in a midsize to large city. speaking of whether or not london is nice or not that is.

The thought of poor young Dave being told that carrots help you see in the dark cracked me up because my best friend who happened to have two artificial eyes from a very young age also tried eating lots of carrots as a child so that she could see in the dark. I am also trying to figure out if anyone tried to tell me this or if I just accepted that I was night blind and carrots would never fix the issue

I remember that battery thing was a thing with blackberries, however it didn't unlock any extra power it just disabled the phone from shutting down properly when it thought the battery was low, so you could make a call to emergency services but your phone would realistically die in a matter of minutes.
