I had that with two men I dated and one was closer and thought I was beautiful immediately and I’m pretty sure the other did as well but he wouldn’t say it. He was the more arrogant one lol. I have mercury in my 7th amd that is what they connect to but they actually had mars in my 1st. Another childhood friend that was inlove with me immediately did not have first house synastry but had Venus in my 7th. His mars was in my 4th and making an opposition to my mars and squaring my ascendant but I made him cry a lot and he had to watch me date jerks. It depends on lots of things really.
