The thing about playing against this deck, is that there's no way to stop battlecries from happening. Once the Shudderwock decks plays a creature, the battlecry happens and that's it. There is no card you can play, no strategy you can undertake, nothing to stop what they want to do. If battlecries happen, Shudderwock is going to happen, period. So the entire match is just killing them before they draw and play their cards. Fun and interactive amirite?

12:15 Where any taunt/token druid squirms at how wrong this use of Branching Paths feels. (even though it has no other use in this particular deck)

As a shaman enthusiast, even though this is not fun to play against, I still like it

The reason I hate facing this deck and others is it's obnoxious as hell, but would not call it OP. I beat it way more than losing to it for sure, but when it works right I'm sure it's fun fir the one playing it.

Why dont u put the card that put a copy of a minion into ur deck? So then u can buff all the shunnders and keep adding it into ur deck and prevent fatigue... Just saying but will be for a game of to mucho value

Hearthstone needs to get rid of these decks that you can't interact with. Just play 5 combo cards, stall and play Shudderwock. Awesome to play against and so much skill to play.

I've won games after 2 turns of Shudderwocks from my opponent. It's not unbeatable, nor is it an instant win button. This inevitability you feel is exactly what control/combo decks are crafted for. I hope you never play Magic: The Gathering, or you're in for a rude awakening as to what real helplessness feels like.

Btw his opponent was about to win 1-2 turns later. They were both assembling a combo. As for one final point, the average winrate of Shudderwock Shaman is about 48%, highest playrate at 52%, and the very highest variation at only 54.9%. This is tier 2, if not tier 3 territory. The fact that the highest variant is about 7 points off the average is a clear refutation of your claim that this deck takes no skill. Quite the contrary, truth be told.

Well I didn't say it had a good winrate I said shitty to play against and no skill to play. I just like the games to be competitive, interactive and fun. Control decks take skill combo decks are just a race to finish your combo.

Combo, control, aggro. Rock, paper, scissors. Though I've already refuted that the deck takes no skill with gaps in winrate. It was much the same with Patron warrior. Abysmal average winrate with a massive difference for top winrates. The singular difference is skill/game knowledge. To supplement my example, decks such as Odd Paladin are quite the opposite. There's only a 4 point difference in avg to top winrate. The most skill intensive decks such as cubelock have as much as a 9 point gap. Statistically speaking, that puts this deck slightly above average in skill requirement.

Wow you use big words so you must be right. Look at the other comments Einstein they're with me not you. So take your winrate spread and shove it up your Shudderwock
