As someone who started working out - out of revenge. Girls and guys, just do it! It gives you so much confidence and releases endorfins. It just makes you feel amazing about yourself and it helps you realize your own worth. I’ve been cheated on several times by different exes and I felt like I was the problem. Get some councelling, get a face mask, go to the gym, pamper yourself because you deserve it!

Guys I've honestly been so depressed about my body for years due to getting bullied in my early years I became bulimic and anorexic. It became so bad when I started throwing my lunch everyday at school and my mother would call the lunch supervisors to make sure I didn't throw out my lunch. Luckily I overcame that but years later (now) I feel bigger than ever, I have sagging breasts and knocked knees. I feel I also don't have motivation because I don't have the right support system, but watching these people.. I cannot make excuses for myself anymore and I need to get up and fight for what I want! Thank you. 👏
