Nickelback is indeed terrible (generic unoriginal untalented), but it's a really great thing for people to like different things so I'm glad that almost 1% of the population likes them. I make a lot of jokes that are either really self deprecating or jokes that a stranger might think are too far and they might lead them to believe I am an uncaring person or that I have really low self-esteem but in reality I need to make the jokes to cope with how fucked up the world can be and I actually care a lot and have pretty high self esteem. The jokes are never anything that I know would hurt a person's feelings more just a really dark, self deprecating sense of humour.
