Thank you for your recommendations of commentaries on judges. In one video I think you said to learn more about the bible reading textbooks is way more efficient than learning Hebrew and Koine Greek. So maybe you could make some dedicated videos recommending textbooks or commentaries for different books or parts of the bible?

On an academic note, you mentioned that all of the woman-authored commentaries you've read depict Judges as a sexist hellscape for women. Are there many man-authored critical commentaries that find Judges to be among _least_ sexist? My impression was this was something in popular culture rather than the academic sphere, but it's been over half a decade since I've dug into Judges literature.

You know the apologetic answer to this pile of misogyny, though - "there was no king in the land in those days, and every man did what was right in his own eyes". They would say it describes awful situations, but doesn't condone them.
