Another good slice of info. I appreciate that you take these small concepts and make them accessible. I am not the kind of player that will ever truly study jazz, but you are doing a really good job of giving useable pieces that are immediately applicable to a lot of styles. Keep up the good work man. thumbs up.

So glad you're enjoying the videos and finding them useful. A lot of Jazz techniques sound great in other situations as you've said!

Great video! Just subscribed! Other than arpeggios and enclosures, what other conventions could I use to sound more jazzy?

Thanks for the sub and glad you enjoyed the video! I have some more videos coming up on Jazz concepts but this old video may be of some use to you kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y3mwkKKkZdGkgKM One of the best things you can do to start sounding "jazzy" is to get comfortable using 7th chord arpeggios in your playing which I touch on in this video!

There's nothing wrong with the length of your videos btw.

@@mattfranceschiniI second this, teaching is not simply showing for sensationalism it’s in the details thanks for standing on business 💪🏼 and explaining the concepts thoroughly

Your information is always good but you have a little bit too much blather for my choice I'm trying to put together the concepts of your lessons to share with my audience at Guitar Television. I am sharing your videos on our Facebook channel and other sites but I would like to see condensed versions My audience has an attention span of about 4 minutes Your videos have 4 minutes of talking about what you're going to teach before you teach it That doesn't work for my audience probably doesn't work for yours either! Let me know if we can get together and make this better I would like to highlight your concepts and the way you teach seems good when you're actually teaching instead of talking before you teach!

Lol maybe the problem is people need to discipline themselves into a longer attention span.
