I wanna share an heart-breaking thing that happened while playing "The Outsider". When i died from a scavenger throwing a spear at me in mid-air while i was flying carrying my slugpup, i died and so the two slugpups i call "Sock" and "Nulo" tried to push my body into an karma gate and they both taken me to the other side. And all they did while i was dead was sitting there nudging my body trying to wake me up

Sad story- I i once thought that after your scugpup died, you could hibernate to bring it back. its fucking dead the next cycle. that was how i lost robert, who i found on exterior but died by falling in the room before moon's puppet is in.

Guys i came up with two epic mod ideas *INFANT SLUGPUPS* very smol and needs 1-2 food to hibernate, can’t jump well or run fast and all lizor bites are 100% lethal, requires on the Slugcat for survival completely basically, eating foods they hate stuns them for longer and infant centipedes can zap them *NEWBORN SLUGPUPS* WHO ABANDONED THEIR NEWBORN?! very tiny with little tails and small rounded ears and half closed eyes, they mostly crawl and can’t get around very well, even a small height can kill them SO DONT THROW THEM. scared of everything that’s bigger than them including infant centipedes, they need one food pip and you cannot leave them unattended

Slugpups honestly are one of the strongest and weakest creature at the same time, they can solo everything except for colopesides (bringing mine through shaded is such a pain) and the stuff that pretty much nothing can kill like rot and leviathans. But they also die in the dumbest ways possible

Slug pups ar crazy, i died to a lard bite, and there was a pink and blue lizard. The slug pup was green so i named it leaf, and it killed BOTH the lizards. While there was a vultcher, and caramel lizard. The pup was alive the time I restarted the cycle, the slug pup was insane. And better at combat than i was lol Now Leaf has a blue sibling i named Fleece, they are growing up together as we speak ❤️

its in downpour remix, its a setting called visual threat indicator or something like that? it makes it so the more intense the music gets the more pulsing dots. i have to play w no audio a lot (on the bus and stuff) so it helps to be able to see it lol (unfortunately i cant mod the game i play on switch sadge)

dont have i play on switch wahhh from what i can tell hes on the bigger end, i found another pup and it was much smaller. sapling has the aggressive trait, is a very light green, was found in industrial, and i think he might be big and thats all i really know about this monster
