Desantis, I thought Florida was free?!? I guess not... Your administration doesn't get to dictate our lives or our homes. Fix the insurance issue and leave our roofs alone! By dictating our roofs, then you are going to make it harder for people to have insurance. Also, low income and lower middle class (which include disabled veterans) families will never be able to afford to change roofs. Shingles have seemed to work better than these tin roofs during hurricanes and tonadoes. Also, lower tuition at state colleges and universities.

@321gates Making laws like that will give insurance companies the ability to force someone to change their roof into a material that I don't want. Insurance companies are already dropping insurance to homeowners that only have a 10 year old roof. Grandftaher laws aren't working for homes that are older. Look into the scams that insurance companies are doing.
