Changes for each person. Sometimes if I get little tingles, it's just like a little shiver of cold, and my skin gets goosebumps, but like, in not actually cold if you get what I mean? But when I get big tingles (the best) it's like my whole brain is getting pins and needles but it feels so good that I don't want it to end. Which is weird
