If you want a really good practice track that helps on every aspect, download the fuelatracks farm.

learn how to control the bike first, specifically on easier MX tracks rather than SX tracks. After that, you can look up setups and start tweaking them to the way you ride. I'm new too, and starting out on a SX track with no experience and you'll be struggling for a long time.

Yeah that’s what I’m doing now lol. Looking at some free ride tracks now just so I can get the physics down a little. I’ve been riding the AMA NATIONALS amateur layout not as rough lol. 👍

@@crazyhenry6287 I started on tracks like Paleta v2 and Perris, they can teach you the basics pretty fast. it's stressful af, I treat it like I'm taking a class but it's so fun when you get it down and can get around a track without crashing.
