The softest rolls I have ever tried! And very delicious too! Few ingredients!
INGREDIENTS:
150 ml warm milk 30-40 degrees (slightly warm in the microwave)
15 g honey
20 g melted butter
20 g sugar
2 teaspoons salt
5 grams dry yeast
240 g flour
1 egg yolk
Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 16-18 minutes

Celsius. Almost all the videos you see from Europe and Asia will use metric and Celsius measurements.
