The gift of giving to those in need is by far one of the greatest gifts anyone can give. You’re doing something NO ONE wants to do because everyone feels like a lost cause or hopeless. But through your constant presence and efforts the ones that want help are starting to get it slowly but faster than even our own government can do it. Thank you for what you do and giving compassion and a helping hand to those who truly need it! 🙏🙏🙏

I literally cried watching this video because I know all about addiction not because I'm an addict but because my mom and a couple other people in my family have been addicted to drugs off and on. Some have been sober for years now but my mom is still not doing good unfortunately. Hopefully one day she can go to rehab and get the help she needs when she is ready. To see how happy you made all of those people by giving them food, tents and water is truly amazing and it made me cry. You are such an inspiration and such a great person. I will never forget the time you did that random act of kindness for me! I was so grateful and that was truly an amazing experience because I've never had that happened before. Keep doing what you do! I believe in good karma . Everything you do will come back to you tenfold. Thank you for doing this for all of these people ❤

The scary thing about drugs is that they change your personality so much that there comes a point you don't even know yourself or accept yourself without drugs. Happened to someone close to me. He doesn't even know himself any more, it could be him speaking or drugs speaking, when he is off drugs he runs into mayor problems that drugs make disappear because they dull him and make him deal with things with a more positive attitude, whilst clean he gets agressive over everything, starts to hate on friends and gets bored constantly and irritated. It makes him keep returning to drugs, I am trying hard to make him reduce the doses he takes instead of increasing them until he goes for harder drugs one day. It scares me how he sometimes mistakes love and care for spite and personal attacks and gets really defensive, if you read this stay away from drugs, it is absolutely not worth it.

Lol. Your morality of helping a person regardless of their outcome is from religion. There’s no financial benefit to trying to rehabilitate a broken person, humanity itself stems from faith. Without faith, we’d be killing and looting each other for a buck - and we are headed there soon.

@@Doodoooa I have never met one religious person (anyone who believes in a god) who has respected my beliefs. Not one. All of them have proven to be 100% hypocrites. For example, I’m a veteran who deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. So many “Christians” claim to “support” veterans yet never even supported what I do as a businessman these days. They say all kinds of false promises and praises when they don’t mean any of it. Then as soon as you disagree with one of them, they immediately say “you’re going to hell” or “I’ll pray for you”. It’s truly sickening because I treat people far more honestly and respectfully compared to any fake “Christian” I’ve ever seen. It’s all a charade, an act, of which I’m very sure many others are sick of seeing.

I'm a senior citizen watching from Canada 🇨🇦. I just discovered your channel a few weeks ago Victor and immediately subscribed. I love what you do and how you do it. When I was napping today I had a very vivid dream of meeting and hanging out with 5 young people probably aged from about 10 to 14. In the dream they had drug issues and were probably homeless. I enjoyed talking with them and we all felt a real connection. I'm sure I had the dream as a result of watching your videos. It was a good reminder to always see the person first, not the addiction/behaviour. There is an increasing amount of problems in the Prairie city I live in, with homelessness and addiction (as is the case with many cities worldwide I'm sure). On the bright side, we just had a provincial election and our new Premier is an Indigenous person who rose above his checkered past, got a good education, worked hard and is now the first 'First Nations' Premier of a Canadian Province. I know that, like you, he is passionate about helping people embrace their highest potential so I'm looking forward to some progressive changes in our Province/City.

I think that kid felt very seen in that moment. Thats why he said youre guatemalan. He obviously is. I think its not uncommon for people who are down, to feel like other people look down on them (and many do) but because you looked at him human to human, he felt like you saw him as a peer (as another guatemalan would), even though none of it was racially charged. You can see the kids brokenness in his eyes, you can see his heart wants that chance to get better, but his addict brain is still not giving up and allowing that change. I really hope he takes the opportunity man, he looks like hes been through some real shit, but has a good heart which deserves that chance.

It's great to see these videos and you helping those in need to change their life's around. I have been sober for 13 years now but I hate it when people call it a disease it's not it's a choice. It's a choice you make to take that sip of alcohol, or snort that powder up your nose, or stick that needle in your arm. Cancer is a disease, dementia is a disease, Alzheimer's is a disease. It costs parents an arm in a leg for an epipen, but they give Narcan away to these individuals for free. It's a sad world we live in and sadder when our own government supports this but charges us parents to help a sick child in need.

Addiction itself IS a disease. That's not a theory, that's a scientific fact. Yes, it is our choice to use, but not everyone who uses is cursed with the disease of addiction. You of all people should accept this reality. You are commenting on two separate things. Addiction is one thing. Choosing to use is another. Wake up.

I just clicked on a short of the kid about the socks. This made me find the full video and man now I’m hooked! I subscribed and I really wish I could do this. I suck at seeing folks on the streets . Addicts or just the unfortunate. It really breaks my heart. Although I’ve never been on any drugs or tried it besides casual drinking at social events, I can’t imagine what some of the if not all of these folks experienced before their addiction before becoming homeless during this whole journey, and those they’ve impacted during their journey. It’s sad as can be but this is everywhere in the world. The USA is supposed to be the lane of opportunity but dang we help out other places, but we can’t even get our people off the darn streets. It really breaks my heart when I see really really old people and children/young adults. My children are 24-28 and I pray daily they keep making the right choices. And if they struggle get help before it’s too late. Thanks for helping these ppl. You’re great!

Man bro I’m begging to get off this shit. I try and I try and I keep failing. I’ve failed many times and can’t seem to just stay off the bullshit. You are a guardian angel for doing what you do and hope one day I meet my guardian angel before I meet the grim reaper. My daughter deserves a sober dad not a drug addict. I need help 😢😢

I’m from WA and I thought the dude looked familiar. I went to MS with his sister. I met him one other time at The Orion Center in Downtown, Seattle. It’s crazy how you can remember a face despite barely ever interacting with that person. I hope he’s able to pull himself together. Bro got this.

Not to be insensitive but that part with Octavio was straight out of a movie. The music made it eerie. The laugh followed by “you’re funny bro” said so much. Heartbreaking to see a person so hurt they genuinely laugh at the idea of hope.

As somebody who had to overcome my childhood sexual trauma SOBER, I can see the appeal of drugs. However, seeing what it does to people is just not worth it. Thank God Jesus never left my side. I only pray that He walks with these people and that they get to experience His unconditional love and presence.
