I've played vs Lulu as an assassin (fizz) and it can really suck when you don't one shot cause her ult + shield + transmogrify or whatever its called cc and she just runs you down with Q + pix passive on hit damage. BUT- it's still skill issue if you lose cause you *can* still reasonably win by playing it right (mostly through quick trades which can allow you to 100-0 easier) and after buying some items. It's a cheese pick at the end of the day and it scales terribly, she's just a support late game. But in Spear's case he's up against a tank- as Pantheon- which just so happens to be a " 13:20 " in Spear Shot's wise words. AKA the most disgusting AP BS ranged champion disguised as a tank introduced to the top lane since Karma except he stops taking damage eventually and you are auto dead if you ever get ganked. Which he was. 4:36, 7:04, 7:55. Many times. So you tell me which one was *really* unplayable. Regardless, Jax GIGACHAD.

No point trying to duel lulu in lane as a melee assassin. Just roam or at least bait with roam and jump her ass with jungler. Lulu is strong in long fights and disengage so avoid trying to force trades, so just make her play your game through macro. She has to match your roam, especially as a lulu mid.

Problem i see with 25% crit is that first bot lane to get slightly ahead and gets first item can push that advantage even harder thus increasing the snowballing issue. Weaksiding bot lane becomes more devastating.
