It’s interesting how these makeup artists seem to think everyone should look like they’re in the early part of the 1980s… 🤔 I remember our makeup then. God, it was awful! But what’s most disturbing is how rough they are! I mean, do they apply their OWN makeup this aggressively? If they don’t, then why would you do it to a client?! And then to argue like that in front of one… So unprofessional.

You should have a minimum of 2 sets so you can leave drying time and always have some clean. It is acceptable in my state to sanitize and re use blending sponges but I usually open a new one and give it to the client or just toss it after if they don't want it (I use the real techniques beauty blenders, they aren't disposable but I use them like they are). This foundation technique, the whole look at the end, is no different than handing 5 year olds makeup to play with and I’m not even joking. I don’t ever understand….🥴

What I always hate about these is how the “artist” says “I need to hide your eye bags” or “you need this done to make you look better” those types of comments are just so rude and not needed

It's funny how they don't see any difference between eyebags and just dark circles under eyes.

I cannot for the life of me understand how these people who say they do makeup can’t come even a little closer to proper foundation color, or that you don’t just stop at the jawline. My blind grandmother would do it better, and she’s not even alive.

The fact that she is using color corrector for covering eyebags instead of concealer is sooo funny 😂😂

I know there are lots of other things going on in this video, but can we talk about the fact that she tried to colour correct the under eye area with GREEN colour corrector?

Same @Genesis Mutts, same. I used to have the dream that "when I grow up I'll finally have flawless skin and look pretty with my makeup every day!". Hahahaha, good joke! Became 45yo last weekend... it's only gotten worse 😵💫.

@@genesismutts9424 So sorry to hear that. It took me forever and I still need cortisone creams and daily antihistamines etc, but I did find a shower gel that works for me, a shampoo and certain makeup. I never use a base though. Foundation will kill my skin dead faster than you can say Foundation. Sunscreen is a disaster too. I have found several things with Pyungkang yul (nutrition cream and the moisturiser ampoule) and the Greek brand Korres (shower gel and shampoo/conditioner) that work for me. These are both brands that make skincare for people with difficult skin. I cleanse with pure bio/rosewater (pure= only Rosa Damascena + water) and 100% biological virgin Jojoba oil when my skin is being mean. Otherwise I use micellar water for babies (and since that was unfortunately discontinued now from Garnier for sensitive skin). I also never ever use anything waterproof. Good luck! One good thing will come from this: if you never wear makeup your skin will look much younger when it counts 😉.

I like how it came out, although bright colors & totally agree they should of removed some of the purple below. But remember beauty is in the weather for most part. You kill that look 🎉
