You can tell that he was just looking for a fight, that's why he was complaining so much. He didn't want to win, or to be a cooperative teammate, they admitted they're just smurfing, it was purely to ruin the match and everyone else's time.

This is also why I usually put myself in a single party chat so I don’t have to hear people complain. I’m really close to also muting text chat because people can get toxic in there too lately with typing. I don’t play comp often but I played recently for the event. I went support and my other support one game decided to throw a game on purpose; they went mercy and never healed once just dmg boost the whole time. They legit, no lie, had 0 heals at the end of the game. I had to go to normal chat and ask them to please help out. Never doing that again because they started getting toxic real quick by saying they’re “popping off”. Everyone reported them. It can be rough out here sometimes. Especially when you’re really trying to get back into the game and people just treat you like dirt. 😔

Why do both healers only heal the tank? I’ve never understood that when I play support it I’ll keep my DPS alive while my other support focus tank

Well there's a lot of reasons but for this game, for me when someone's mad i try to put more resources into so they can feel better, but also sometimes tanks need both heals to make it out alive, I normally play Lucio so I spend more time with my tank, so its been a habit of mind to help the tank more then the dps.

Tanks usually have more priority. You can turn a fight without a dps but 99% of the time you can't without a tank since it's 5v5 and there's only one. As a support, you have to make the decision who to heal in the heat of the moment. Unless you have aoe heals, you can only support one person and the guy who's the biggest and at the frontline should be who you're focusing on. Doesn't mean you can throw some heala at your dps too once they get crit. Support is all about balancing your abilities

Have a like my guy! This community is somehow even more toxic than it was in ow1. Ran into a duo the other night that were toxic, the tank was trying to boost his dps. Dps starting complaining he was being healed “too slow” after we were winning almost every team fight & hardly even dying. Told him to stfu & he went nuts & threw out some racial slurs at me. Still won though 😂
