If he just made callouts instead of pointing at everyone else saying "trash this, trash that" he would seem so much better. I understand people dont always play pitch perfectly but i know they probably already recognise that in themselves. Bringing it to light just makes others defensive. Just accept the fail and suggest ways to fix it in future. Like suggesting a switch nicely or just switching urself to help out if they were gettibg countered a dozen
