Main reason is because you play the same people all the time so it would be easy to acquire a toxic reputation. And if you’re high ssl you’re basically a bubble player and don’t want to risk a chance of becoming pro over silly toxic shit

Meanwhile you would also think that players in GC as the second highest rank are also more respectful than lower ranks, since this is a very hard game to master and you have so many different playstyles and ways to do things. But reality is different 🤣

Some tips to remove the stutter: 1. Experiment with frame limit (unlocked vs refresh rate) 2. Set shader cache size to unlimited 3. Try using Low Latency Mode - Ultra 4. Make sure the game is full screen and nothing is tampering with that. If I find anymore fixes I’ll edit this comment to add them ✌️

@@MarwanFroukhi full screen mode makes it so your pc has its full attention. windowed allows you to move the curser to other screens without alt tabbing. So basically windowed mode is running all the screens together, while full screen mode is giving that screen way more attention than any other tab

I've been getting terrible stutters that are actively adding delay to the game but 50 milliseconds or so, super annoying. Something is definitely messed up with servers (again) 😭

One thing that helped me with stuttering was capping FPS through NVIDIA Control Panel. Capping through the game makes my 1% Low FPS worse.

Jamaican, I've experienced the same weird lag as well. I have multiple accounts, and the lag isn't on those accounts. The account in question has been active since the inception of the game. I call it kicking me out of the game, and it seems to only happen when I really need it not to. Like shots or saves.

dude I use an ethernet cable, I consistently have anywhere from 7 to 10 ping throughout the entire match. but yet I'll still stutter frequently and get hella lag spikes, the ones that make your car get uncontrollably dragged around, in every game mode except for 1v1

Dude those microstutters happen to me as well. It's like, something they introduced in the game in the past year or so and it just randomly happens. Note, this doesn't happen for me on the Epic Launcher so maybe you're on to something with the steam friends list.

It seems like you’re getting frame stutters. I have been dealing with it randomly happening for the last couple months. I updated my drivers, rocket league priority to high, and made sure the game wasn’t in low power mode. This kinda help but I still get those random lags with 14 ping lol might just be RL

That lag could be an application or a software interrupting. Try giving rocket league higher priority to see if it happens again Also could be steams overlay. Always turn off them if you have issues. More time than not it’s that.

Im trying to climb 1s and I'd have to say i dont think it is easier/faster to rank up in than twos. Maybe twos fits my playstyle/skillset better but ive been able to get much higher and play against worse opponents on 2s than 1s. D2/D3 ones will have grand champ players in it. Not sure if it gets better in champ ones

There are more skill sets involved with 2s and 3s. Team play is a skill that needs to be honed, often to the detriment of mechanical skill. It makes sense that at equivalent ranks the duels have a higher mechanical skill.

couldn't agree more, i have that same stutter every game every so often, sometimes at the worst possible moments. i know 10000% its not my internet (2Gbit speed and solid connection), i have a BEEFY pc so i doubt that is the cause, which leaves? the game itself.

I have also tried multiple steam accounts with no friends and with loads of friends and epic launcher its still there, the only time it went away completly if im not mistaken was when i plugged in a ps5 controller (i use a ps4) it might be the ps4 controller port is loose/broken or the cable is so it's Dcing perhaps
