Loki is actually balanced, has low force and high dex so his sigs are supposed to be fast and not strong. The problem is that the rest of the legends aren’t balanced at all and they don’t care about it. Imugi was a confirm of this, a character with low dex and speed gets extremely fast sigs and no recovery frames on em. A real balance of this game will never happen

I think the only cheesy thing you can do with Loki is if they do a groundpound offstage and if you are playing Loki and do a downsig on scythe you can go on top of them and send them down ._. But that's really it I think .-.

The problem with this character is stats. I enjoy playing dex but its hard. All other stats are much better because they are less skill+luck based. Damage is literally 2 hits and ur even, speed is too manoeuvring, and defense is take hit as much as you want. Thats why lin fei is good because she relies on speed as well.
