It'd be interesting if the Red Plague was influencing both you and the technology. Perhaps the plague knife and armor simply don't exist, and the Red Plague is what "created" them as part of the Plagues plan. The Red Plague likely using the technology of Alterra to get the Hearts out into the open ocean to further spread the Red Plague. If the messages with Alterra are fake, the Red Plague simply wanted to escape the dome and infect the whole planet. But if the messages with Alterra are real- or if atleast Alterra is really collecting the Hearts... .... Then chances are the Red Plague is spreading outward into space.

honestly its surprising anthomnia manages to be so terrified, i'd have been completely and utterly pissed off if i were in his shoes (if not extremely apathetic) the mod just seems really confusing and impossible to deal with, especially the hyperactive fish which act as artificial difficulty tweak since they'll eat you alive if you stay still for only a few seconds (i understand the point of the virus being hyper-aggressive, but theres better ways to visually portray that then taking damage 24/7, where the fear factor is completely null and void since they're more tedious then scary) also, the constantly teleport instakill corpses just seem totally unfair with the fnaf security breach levels of shoving enemies into your face, and even moreso since theres no way to defend yourself from them or prevent them from spawning (even spawned inside anthom's base, luckily bugged out so it couldent kill him)

Yeah like I like the idea but it seems very annoying, not to mention anthomnia drags it out quite a lot, took the whole episode trying to make the knife and we didn't even see it, also half the tasks in it seem unnecessary and only there to lengthen the mod, there was also the time when he was complaining how he didn't want to go through the effort of making a prawn and right that second the PDA starts speaking and spawns in a prawn for him, seems a little fishy ngl

Watch time is very important for videos, These are just for entertainment and i hope, I genuinely hope you did enjoy this episode. BUT it's also these parts of the mod are in development and we are waiting for alterra because we need the update to the mod, It will be worth the wait though this is the only part that's on hold for a small rewrite of the script with this mod and it's going to be cool, I gave them a vague outline and what i see will be a first impression :) I hope you don't feel any negative way though within this episode or unsatisfied, The next one will achieve goals. The main focal point for this one was the cool plane that was found and i wanted to show people that mainly for the moment :)

Yeah once the mode goes public they need to balance the difficulty a bit. Hostile creature spawns need to be tuned down. Having 1-2 large predators constatly following you is fine, but having an army of peepers ready to obliterate your Seathmoth the moment you park it is a bit too much

I think what Alterra needed to do about the plague knife is: you transport the materials to get it outside the ion dome, since they can’t come inside to help you, they come collect the materials you dropped outside and fabricate it for you, then the drop it down on you.

I think it’s a bit more nuance than that. The play card appears to be an all-consuming force that is sentient. It’s heavily possible that what it wants is to escape the iron dome and plan it for 4546b So that you can basically bring an end to the universe, and create a single consciousness throughout the universe. It’s already powerful enough to bend the subconscious to the will of the plague itself. Think of it kind of like the flood from halo with extreme psychic abilities. In most cases, the plague heart is most likely after food. The universe is an endless supply of food and it wants to feed and it’s trying to manipulate Whoever or whatever at can in order to Escape, it’s planetary quarantine, and feed freely on whatever sentient life it wishes.

Couple of things you should focus on are setting up solar panels, getting battery chargers and getting a source of water, preferably the water filter, get a hold of those and you have water taken care of. Getting the moonpool is also exteremely useful if you want to keep your glide sub safe also get the mk4 reinforced from the sunken sub
