With hydraulics on the lowriders you can set a pose and then while it's in a pose use the kill yourself option you'll spawn outside and the lowrider will stay in the pose you set

I remember when i first played back in 2013 lowering a car didn't do crap now they have cars that can be so low the wheels start to chamber on certain cars and they now have drift cars and muscle cars that can wheelie and even vehicles that closely resemble real life cars we all love. GTA 5 basically snapped with the updates over the years in the car department.

Simple. 2 ways, one specifically for the RT3000 (Honda S2000) equip a hardtop, then just lower your convertible top. The windows will still roll down (and up) as if it still had a convertible top. And the other option, if you have a heist invite finale setup (I use a Lester heist) have the car out you want all windows down on, accept his invite to your apartment, you'll be teleported there obviously but so will your car and all the windows will be down. Dunno why they go down but they do.
