Overflow scalpel is good on builds that dont rely on status effect,for example the explosion snowflurry,its really useful in it as the whole point is spammming the heavy attack and running.

Ik the last two accesories r useless but MAYBE in a future update they will actually be useful For example (w/ summon flint): yk how cata can spawn twigwrithes? Well, what if one day the devs add a new drop that summons mini twigfaces, mini gluttos, or even just a tiny sweetberry with arms that works like the mini thief, but faster. Now that's when the summon flint will be useful And with thief earrings... for now they work mainly as cosmetics (as for someone who got them way later in the game bc they werent added before), but if your idea gets put into the game, then maybe it will be harder to get or just be less added damage (like 5 instead of 10, maybe 8 if we r lucky)

🤓:actualy overflow scapel can give you infinite mana if you use frost or elemental staves, more reliable then rally and since you just need to hit the ennemies, and scale with mana cost so you can use radiant for dmg, so i wont say its bad, but that just a nerd mage opinion

I am VERY late on this but summon flint can be usefull for more dps during early - mid game, especially for those who wanna play it safe on permadeath runs, especially thief pendant

There was this one slot I has where I fished up thief earrings pretty early on so the wooden dagger dealt 16 dmg which was amazing for early game

cactus fruit is pretty good for very early game regen and speed if you happen to get it, since you can activate it whenever but it's not useful anymore once you get blood chalice, monk beads, or the night cap

nazar is useful with builds that use burn/frostbite to take less chip damage, thats its purpose. other than that, nah, it sucks for anything else

Bandaid is actually good for doing prism troll severally under leveled and unprepared so you dont get oneshot

Overflow scalpel good if u wanna make a hit and run mage pvp build just use storm boots and a staff that deal elemental dmg like zap staff then put either fire or frost gem on the staff there u have it a hit and run mage pvp build, or u can make a serpent scepter stunlock build i recommend using myriad reforge with frost gem, you wont recover all of the mana but it will stun them long enough to kill them if they dont escape.

You got something wrong on the thief earrings. The reason why it’s useless is because wooden dagger is far and away the strongest weapon in the game, and it’s not even a competition. So why waste an accessory slot on an already op item?
