@@thecaynuck4694 They don't fly with patients onboard. It's a portable hospital, they land in places where there are no eye hospitals and when the patients are done with their surgery they are transported to a care facility.

When the orbitis flying hospital first came out you could press fly, but you would just spawn in 1st person in the plane, but once i pressed the button for the accelerator it took off whilat i was still in the corridor

When I was at EAA AirVenture this year, Orbis was there. They were using MSFS to demonstrate the interior of the plane. Seems like that is the purpose here too

I live in the California Bay Area and there’s a military airfield called Moffett and once in a while, the Orbis hospital plane is kept there when not being flown elsewhere and it would’ve been awesome to see this plane work in the game. I hope they fix this glitch soon

No operation is performed in the air. What they do is travel to other parts of the world where they train local doctors and perform operations for free. Then it does to its next destination and so on.

I’ve seen the plane, and I even got to go inside of it for a tour. It was in Mountain View, and then it waited a lot of time before it flew to Jamaica. Then it came back... for a reason I don’t really know.

Absolutely criminal to add an MD10 that you cannot fly especially being fully kitted out the way it is I think it'd be fun to fly and cockpit model is fully detailed so THERES NO REASON WE CANT FLY IT. They still dont even have a normal MD10, MD11 or MD80 in the official marketplace to buy yet snd its annoying cause those are some of my favorite planes ever and also I play the xbox version and cannot download mods 😠.
