Looks like those waist straps are half way up your torso rather than on your hips. Will be going for the 40l which is hopefully taller.

Well I happen to have a short torso and it was sitting right over these love handles. I was considering adjusting the shoulder straps but I actually like when it’s a bit higher.

I have the 30L and it works for me since I want to travel with it as a carry on. 40L would be ideal if camping is involved. The fact that the top expands makes it a beast for that!

How many days of clothes do you thing could be packed in this Backpack? I do not need the photography stuff and I woud be using this just as a great carry-on for my traveling around the globe. Thanks :)

So far im packing for 4 days but also bringing some camera light gear. This can fluctuate based on how many jeans and shoes you reuse. If no gear is involved you can definitely pack for longer periods.
